Washington man gives IRS the finger

Many people get frustrated or upset when dealing with the IRS.  Normand Laviviere of Olympia, Washington has taken his protest of the IRS to a bizarre level.  Last year, he severed one of his own fingers and mailed it to the IRS.  Other protests from this man included mailing a bullet, a marijuana joint, and most recently, a fake bomb to the IRS.  His latest stunt has landed him behind bars.  If you are as crazy as this man, please...
